It is has been a scary and new experience for everyone and it is important that we all stay safe. It is critical we follow guidelines approved by the CDC and other trusted sources.

Basic Guidelines You Should Follow:

1. Wear a mask if you are ever going outside

2. Avoid coming into close contact with other people (6 feet apart)

3. Wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds frequently, especially if you went outside, eating, coughed, sneezed, and etc.

4. Continue to check your health and be alert for symptoms.
